Standard IEEE 802.3af compliant Active Power over Ethernet (PoE) splitter adapter. Converts 48V PoE input power and data from a PoE switch or injector into 12V DC power (1A-2A output via 5.5x2.1mm DC plug) and 10/100 Mbps RJ45 Ethernet data. Allows non-PoE IP network devices such as security cameras, wireless access points, and VoIP phones to be powered directly over a single Cat5e/Cat6 network cable up to 100 meters away.
